In an earlier post we showed that the suburbs surrounding Rondebosch-Newlands-Constantia-Tokai have the highest median Airbnb listing rates in Cape Town. In today’s post we show mean listing rates instead to demonstrate that the Southern Suburbs and Camp’s Bay have the most expensive AirBnBs.
