In an earlier post we showed that the distribution Airbnb rates in Cape Town is skewed to the right. Today’s post shows the distribution of total prices, distinguishing between different minimum stay requirements. The right skew reflects high minimum stay requirements for expensive rentals. The most expensive listing costs an incredible R1 260 000 for a 7 day stay.
