Codera AnalyticsElectricity tariffs increased by 15.3% in 2023, compared to 8.4% for property rates. These Municipal rates increased the most in the Western Cape, followed by the Free State. They were lowest in Limpopo for electricity and the Eastern Cape for Property rates.
