A comparison of SARS to other tax administrators

According to ISORA, SARS has a relatively large number of staff by international standards, but it has a relatively low proportion of staff with higher level degrees compared to countries for which data are available. The Russian Federation stands out in the survey for the high proportion of staff with master’s degrees.
